We are so excited you have reserved your pet’s boarding and/or grooming stay with us! We are prepared for a busy holiday season and would like for you to be aware of a very contagious canine respiratory infection going around Savannah currently. Our medical team has seen and treated many cases recently, most of which start with a cough. These pets have been exposed through dog parks, boarding, grooming, and training facilities, and veterinary hospitals. If your dog is showing signs of respiratory illness, please do not bring them for boarding or grooming and cancel your reservation. Instead, please schedule an appointment with one of our doctors for medical evaluation and treatment. We are happy to refund boarding deposits in this case, even if it is within 48 hours of your reservation. The health, safety, and comfort of our boarding and grooming pets is our number one priority.
We have very strict cleaning protocols; however, we are at the mercy of an airborne illness. To complicate matters, dogs who are infected with this illness do not always show clinical signs. Please understand this is a risk when sending your dog to any boarding or grooming facility at this time.
